Unlike the majority of civilian defense lawyers or your assigned military counsel, pleading guilty is not something we do often. We compel the military to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. We take nearly every criminal case to trial and fight the allegations in front of a panel.
Our military court martial results are clear. The suspected military service member and his or her future is our main concern. Our military attorneys maintain smaller caseloads than the usual free military defense attorney so that we can focus on every case on an individual basis. Your case will not be delegated to a third party and we will not force you into a guilty plea at the eleventh hour. Our military defense attorneys have successfully defended military court martial and administrative separation (ADSEP) cases in the United States and around the world.

It started with a slow and redundant growth and later it finally flourished with many Native American tribe attacks along with Spanish invasion. It was one of the major areas for ship building and it became known as the slave society. During later years, the hostilities continued to grow and the area was taken over by the Union forces, which announced the slaves emancipated and aimed for independence.
