Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California

MC Base Camp Pendleton Military Lawyer

Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton is the Marine Corps largest West Coast training facility located on 125,000 acres of Southern California terrain. Camp Pendleton is one of busiest installations and deals with a broad spectrum of training for many active and reserve Marine, Army and Navy units, as well as national, state and local agencies. It is one of the most complete of the West Coast training facilities that the Department of Defense has.

Camp Pendleton also has the largest undeveloped portion of the coastline in Southern California. The ecosystem is widely protected by those who train and live at Camp Pendleton and protecting the natural surrounding on the coastline is an ongoing goal.

The base has been declared a “permanent installation”.   Since it is a complete West Coast training base it houses a myriad of Operating Force units including the Marine Expeditionary Force, the first Armed Services unit to be at Camp Pendleton.
