  1. Less persuasive: a single fact, leading question: “The car was blue?”
  2. More persuasive: A chapter:
    1. You were standing on the corner.
    2. The car drove past you.
    3. The car drove within five feet of you.
    4. Nothing blocked your view from just five feet.
    5. It was about 1500 hours.
    6. It was light out.
    7. You got a good look at the car.
    8. Goal question: The car was blue
